A)    Yes, you have total flexibility to edit or remove your listing at any time.

Q)    What about insurance whilst hired?

A)     We refer you to CIL for specialist insurance to cover your vehicle for hire.

Q)    Can I decide on the conditions of hiring my Caravan RV?

A)    Yes, when listing just state the conditions of use and when your Caravan RV will be available.

Q)    What if the renter decides to cancel the booking?

A)    The hire agreement stipulates the conditions of cancellations and deposit refunds.  Both parties need to sign the hire agreement.

Q)    Do I have to swap at the same time?

A)    Not necessarily. You and the other swapper can arrange times convenient to both parties.

Q)    Can I hire out my on-site Caravan RV?

A)    Yes, just arrange for entry and keys etc.  In much the same way as holiday accommodation.

Q)    How can I find out what size caravan my vehicle can tow?

A)    Refer to the towing guide for more information on matching caravan to vehicle.


Q)    If  there are any problems once I have hired the Caravan RV what will I do?

A)    Ensure you have the owners contact details for you to contact during the hire period.
