How To  List your Caravan RV for Hire or Swap 

  • Become a  Listing Member and advertise your Caravan RV, including photos, description and any special features
  • Caravan RV owners register as a Listing Member with PCH and receive a log-in and password. This enables you to list your vehicle through the website, and display imagines and descriptions as well as edit and update your listing.
  • You can stipulate the conditions of hire use, how when and where, swap or hire, stationary or towing and availability.
  • Interested Members looking to hire or swap will generate a private message enquiry directly to you 
  • Upgrade to Premium Membership and receive access to all the contents and connect owner with hirer. 
  • Full Premium Members receive other online support. 
  • We have an online payment facility for ease of upgrading your Membership 
  • You are also be provided with a Legal Document, 'The PCH Hire Agreement' 
  • We will refer you to a leading Caravan Insurer for the appropriate policy 
  • You will be able to respond to the enquiry immediately
  • When replying to the enquiry you will be provided with standard automated  responses
  • Other online support is available, Helpful Checklist etc.

Hire Rates Guidelines   What is my Caravan RV worth?

State your Low season and High Season Rate this amount can then be adjusted according to the requirements of hire. Once you are supplied with complete details of when, how and where from your enquirer, you can readjust your hire rate accordingly.

When evaluating the hire rate consider the unique characteristics of your Caravan RV and take into account the following:

  •      Model/Year
  •      Berth/Size
  •      Condition of Caravan RV
  •      Toilet/Shower
  •      Air Conditioning
  •      Annex/Extras
  •      Inclusions/Conveniences
  •      Stationary
  •     Touring/Towing

Seasonal Pricing adjustments include Christmas, school holidays, long weekends, and special events a rate variance/surcharge may apply to these periods.

Conditions of Use may require adjusting the hire rate.  A stationary vehicle will vary compared to a towing/touring vehicle.

Additional charges to be considered that may be incorporated into the hire rate as an all inclusive hire rate or as additional charges include:

Gas Bottle Refill  -  Cleaning Fee -  Insurance Contribution  -  One Way Fee 

                                           

The Bond is held but not included in the above and the Insurance Excess is recorded on the Hire Agreement.
